The service that I received was by far the worst I have ever experienced! From the rudeness of the waitress to the owner asking me to go to register to pick the food that I ordered to be eaten was unbelievable! I will NEVER visit this place again.
Really bad experience. The waitress was really rude, especially to my son who did not understand the item on the menu he was wanting to order. She quickly pointed to the item not giving him time to make sure that was what he wanted or giving information about how the item was cooked. He wanted the Big House Gravy, but it comes with many choices. The item came not like he wanted. When I ordered water with lemon, we were told they didn't have any lemons cut up and didn't have time to do it. I noticed the grill area as we were leaving and it was not clean looking at all. They did take my son's breakfast off and the waitress eventually softened up and acted a little more pleasant. We will not be returning.

Upon first impression from outdoors, the establishment appears to be modern, clean, and friendly. However as soon as i walk in the door that notion changes. The building has a very bad draft so on windy days like today its incredibly loud. I sat down and waited over 15 minutes to even be recognized and have someone take my order. They were slightly busy but nothing excessive. Probably 12 tables occupied total. When i finally did order several things were not on the menu and were not available, but they were still listed on the menu itself. Upon looking at the food prep area it is a disaster. The trash cans are overflowing and the grill is covered in useless trash. I waited at least 40 minutes for food that didnt even begin to be cooked untill 30 minutes after i ordered and it was not very hot. Overall i would not recommend this place to anyone. Corporate you need to step in to this.
